Membership Upgrade Policy

• Upgrade can be done within 15 days of purchasing the membership.
• Once upgraded, the membership cannot be reversed.
• No refund requests will be entertained in such situations.

Upgrade Eligibility:

Membership Transfer Policy

• Membership can be transferred to blood relation only.
• Transfer Fee: ₹2,000
• Branch-to-branch transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

For transfer requests, please contact the front desk at your branch.

Membership Freezing Policy

• Freezing of membership is chargeable.
• Payment must be made in advance.

Freezing Charges:

• 15 Days – ₹300
• 1 Month – ₹500

Freezing Allowed Per Membership:

• Members must inform the gym of their intended absence and freezing request in advance.
• Backdated freezing requests will not be entertained.
• Freezing charges are fixed and non-negotiable. No discounts apply.

Access Benefits

Pro Passport Policy

The Pro Passport allows members to work out at other Pro Ultimate Gym branches while travelling.

• 5 workout sessions at any Pro Ultimate Gym branch
• Access to gym facilities and group classes
• Valid with an active annual membership
• ₹500 for 5 sessions

How to Use:

• Carry your Pro Passport while visiting another branch
• Show it at the reception desk before entry
• One session will be marked as used per visit

For purchasing the Pro Passport or for any clarification regarding its usage, please reach out to the reception / front desk at your home branch.

All Access Card Policy

The All Access Card allows temporary access to multiple Pro Ultimate Gym branches.

Eligibility & Usage:

• 6-12 Months Membership – 30 Days access at ₹2,500 permitted.
• 12 Months and above membership – 30 Days Free Access + 30 Days access at ₹2,500 permitted.

Special Benefits:

• 12-Month Members receive 30 days complimentary access across India
• 6 Months & Above Members may purchase a 30-day All Access pass for ₹2,500
• Annual Members may purchase one additional 30-day All Access Card for ₹2,500

Billing & Usage Process:

• ₹2,500 payable at the front desk (for paid access).
• Physical card issued by the home branch.
• The card must be tapped on the biometric device at other branches.

Important Notes:

• All Access benefits do not transfer if membership is transferred
• Not valid for Premium Segment or Large Format branches
• All Access remains on hold if membership is frozen
• Lost card replacement fee: ₹500
• Misconduct or property damage may lead to cancellation without refund

Gym Rules

Gym Usage Policy

• Members must wear appropriate gym attire during workouts
• Members are requested to limit entry to one visit per day
• Members must re-rack all weights and equipment after use
• Members must use biometric or member ID for entry
• Entry is permitted only with a valid active membership
• Any damage to gym property must be compensated by the responsible member
• Rights of admission are reserved
• Misconduct or illegal activity may lead to termination of membership
• Facilities may be withdrawn temporarily for maintenance for up to 15 working days

Health & Safety

Members are advised to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. Exercise involves physical exertion and inherent risks. Pro Ultimate Gyms and its franchise partners are not responsible for injuries caused due to improper use of equipment, failure to follow trainer instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions.

Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their personal belongings while using the gym facilities. Pro Ultimate Gyms shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the premises.

Refund Policy

• Membership fees once paid are final and non-refundable
• No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances
• This policy applies uniformly across all Pro Ultimate Gyms branches
